Boron trace element. Functions. Signs of deficiency and excess

Boron promotes the transition of calcium into soluble forms. Apparently, it plays the role of a catalyst. Boron is found in all plant organs, but mainly in the leaves. A lack of boron stops the growth of plants, and an excess quickly kills them. Some plants, however, need higher doses of boron. Boron is usually added to the solution in the form of boric acid.
