You will need a large root vegetable and a sufficient amount of honey product. A cavity is cut out in the vegetable, which is filled with honey. After about three to four hours, the juice will mix with the bee product.

The resulting solution is rubbed with sore spots. Or make lotions for 10-15 minutes using a clean cotton cloth.

Combined with radish and vodka

It is taken:

  • radish juice – three parts (by volume);
  • honey product – two parts;
  • vodka or moonshine – one part;
  • salt – one pinch.

The mixture cannot be stored. Every day, the medicine is mixed again and used in the form of night compresses. If salt is irritated, it can be removed from the recipe. The course is two weeks.

Pure for massage

Liquid honey product is applied to the affected area and rubbed into the skin with gentle massaging movements. The massage should last at least fifteen minutes.

The procedure provides a double effect:

  • outflow of lymph (removal of puffiness);
  • light anesthesia (relief of pain syndrome).

Pure for a compress

You can also rub the sore spots with a bee product, leaving it overnight. This kind of compress is covered with a cotton cloth. Wrapped on top with cellophane and a warm towel. The compress lasts from three to four to eight hours (until the morning).

The course consists of sixteen sessions. The first four are held in a row, the rest – every other day.

Combined with garlic, onion and aloe

All ingredients are taken in equal proportions:

  • chopped aloe leaves;
  • rubbed garlic cloves;
  • honey product;
  • chopped onions;
  • pinch of soda.

The mixture is not stored in the refrigerator! The course is sixteen sessions. The first procedures are carried out daily at night for four days. Then every other day.

Combined with vinegar and quinoa

You will need:

  • 50 milliliters of vinegar;
  • 100 grams of fresh quinoa grass;
  • 10 grams of table salt;
  • 50 grams of bee product.

The grass is crushed with a knife, mixed with the rest of the ingredients. The mixture is laid out on a linen cloth, applied to the joint, and fixed with a bandage. Outside, the compress is covered with cellophane and a warm scarf or towel. The course is 7-10 days at night. Keep for two to three hours.

Combined with mustard powder

It is taken:

  • chopped onions – a tablespoon;
  • mustard powder – the same amount;
  • baking soda – the same amount;
  • honey product – the same amount.

All ingredients are thoroughly mixed. The tool is used for compresses, which are kept in the evenings for two to three hours. The sore joint is pre-warmed in a warm bath. After the compress, the limb is kept warm until morning (for example, woolen socks are worn).

Ointment based on black poplar buds

It is taken:

  • 50 grams of poplar buds;
  • the same amount of petroleum jelly;
  • and the same amount of honey product.

Almost crushed into powder, mixed with the rest of the components. The ointment is applied to the affected areas twice a day during an exacerbation.

Radish and vodka ointment

It is taken:

  • 200 grams of honey product;
  • 300 milliliters of black radish juice;
  • 50 milliliters of moonshine or vodka;
  • a teaspoon of table salt.

The ingredients are thoroughly mixed. The ointment is infused for an hour. Stored in the refrigerator. It is applied to sore spots two to three times a day.
