How to use podmore
Podmore bee is a well-known beekeeping product in folk medicine, recommended by apitherapists for various male diseases, including prostatitis, impotence and other sexual disorders.
Treatment of prostate adenoma with bees’ submarine can take a fairly long period from a month to a year or more – it all depends on the stage of neglect of the disease.
Since this bee product contains poison, it should be used with caution and taking into account contraindications. These include:
- a state of exhaustion, typical for infectious and some chronic diseases (for example, pulmonary insufficiency, tuberculosis, disruption of the cardiovascular system, kidney pathology, colds with fever);
- the installation of a pacemaker and a violation of the composition of the blood;
- oncological processes in the body;
- intolerance to bee products, in particular honey (this is one of the obvious markers indicating the presence of allergies).
In men, in the process of treatment, not only problems in the genital area are eliminated, but also disturbances in the functioning of the nervous and digestive systems. The functions of the liver and lungs are improved, metabolic processes are normalized, and muscle tone is increased.

Treatment of prostate adenoma by submerged bees is carried out in three ways:
- a decoction is taken;
- alcohol tincture is drunk;
- vodka tincture is accepted.
Broth on water it is applied for three months with intervals between thirty-day courses for two weeks. If necessary, the treatment is repeated six months later.
To prepare it, take two tablespoons of dead bees crushed in a coffee grinder for half a liter of water. The water is brought to a boil and the bees languish in it for two hours. After cooling, the broth is filtered and stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 14 days. It is drunk twice daily before meals in the amount of one tablespoon. If desired, you can add a spoonful of honey to the broth. This will improve the taste of the medicinal drink and allow the body to receive beneficial trace elements.
In the case of using the tincture, you can use a 40% alcohol solution or vodka to prepare it.… A tablespoon of crushed bees is taken for 250 ml of an alcohol-containing base. The glass container is covered with a lid and placed in a dark place for two weeks. The tincture is shaken thoroughly every day!
After insisting, the solution is filtered through cheesecloth. You can store it both in the refrigerator and at room temperature in a cool and dark place.
Dose for men: 20-25 drops three times a day after meals. Some traditional healers advise dosing the tincture according to the patient’s age – as many drops are taken at a time as he is full at the moment.
But the first dose is necessarily no more than three drops of the drug in order to exclude an allergic reaction!
The course takes at least two months. If necessary, it can be extended – with good tolerance, the patient is not in danger of overdose.

Podmore on alcohol or vodka has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, normalizing blood pressure. This will be a pleasant “side effect” of healing the adenoma.
How to use live bees
There is also a more radical or painful treatment. It is suitable for men who tolerate bee venom well.
Such treatment of prostatitis by bees involves the use of stings. In one course, you need to endure up to 180 or more bites. They are performed according to a special scheme after a tolerance test. The poison should get into the groin, lower abdomen or the drawn foreskin (the most extreme form of apitherapy!).

But let’s clarify right away that treatment with bees is not suitable for everyone. Of course, stings are effective in treating diseases of the prostate gland – the poison quickly penetrates the area of ​​inflammation, thins the blood, relieves swelling and improves blood circulation. But at the same time, due to the painfulness of the procedure and possible individual intolerance, such therapy should be used with extreme caution. The picture of blood and urine is monitored (general tests are taken at the beginning of the course and every seven days).
Observation by the attending physician or the procedure by an experienced apitherapist is desirable!
How to use propolis
Propolis or bee glue must be isolated through heat treatment – from 120 g of raw materials, on average, up to 20-30 g of wax is eliminated, which is unsuitable for further therapy.
Dry crushed roots of plants are added to the ready-made, still warm propolis in a one-to-one ratio. You will need: burdock, wild rose, wheatgrass, dandelion, valerian, anise, ginseng, prickly steel. In addition, 6 g of pre-dried royal jelly is added to this mixture. The medicine is thoroughly mixed.
During the day, you need to dissolve three grams of the extract under the tongue, dividing them into two doses in the morning and in the evening. The tool works as a natural antibiotic and antiseptic, at the same time helping to improve metabolic processes and saturate the body with the necessary active ingredients.
How to use royal jelly
This bee product helps the entire body to recover and strengthens the immune system. Royal jelly in its biochemical properties is close to human blood plasma – it is well absorbed by the body, affecting many organs and systems, including the genital and urinary.
One course consists of 18 days of daily intake (one gram of the substance is placed under the tongue in the morning on an empty stomach – here the milk dissolves under the influence of saliva). The break between courses is 10-12 days.
How to use bee bread and pollen
Pollen or pollen also used for oral absorption. It is a rich source of trace elements, amino acids and vitamins. It has a comprehensive effect on the entire body, as a strengthening and stimulating agent.
It is absorbed three times a day half an hour before meals in the amount of half a teaspoon. You cannot drink this medicine! To improve the taste, you can use the same amount of honey in volume – the treatment will become not only useful, but also pleasant.
Perga or bee bread considered a healthier food than pollen. It is used for resorption three times a day, half an hour before meals. In one step, you will need to empty five to seven cells of the honeycomb filled with bee bread (approximately 2-3 g of the product). You cannot drink this bee product with liquid. It is only allowed to moisten the bee bread with broth or rosehip infusion. After that, the dose is absorbed so that the saliva remains in the mouth for as long as possible.
How to use honey
Natural honey is a storehouse of the most valuable vitamins and microelements, ideal for the human body.
As a general tonic, it is used at 100-120 g per day (provided that there is no food allergy!). Honey is absorbed in the mouth or stirred in a glass of cool water and drunk in equal portions throughout the day (optionally, on an empty stomach).
The most valuable for men’s health are varieties based on herbs, as well as linden honey.
It is one of the best prophylactic and medicinal products, distinguished by its completely natural composition. When taken regularly:
- digestion is activated;
- improves blood composition;
- the body’s immune defense is strengthened;
- the functions of the endocrine glands are normalized;
- blood pressure stabilizes.
Prostate adenoma is successfully treated with the so-called propolis honey, which is taken three times a day 20-30 minutes before meals for one and a half to two months. A teaspoon of the product is absorbed in the mouth at one time. Such therapy requires a repeated monthly course, which is started after a two-week break.
The preparation of the medicinal composition is very simple. Five grams of crushed propolis, purified from wax, is added to 100 g of honey. Then the honey is warmed up in a water bath with constant stirring for half an hour. In a heated state, the mixture is filtered through cheesecloth or a strainer. Stored in the refrigerator.
If desired, propolis honey, which has a specific aroma and bitter taste, can be washed down with warm herbal tea!
Rectal candles
As practice shows, in order to cure advanced stages of prostatitis, it is necessary to add the use of rectal suppositories to alternative therapy with beekeeping products, such as:
- “Prostopin” containing natural propolis;
- or Apilak, which includes royal jelly.
The listed drugs are used according to the attached instructions. The average course takes 1,5-2 months. Two suppositories are administered per day – in the morning and in the evening. After a month’s break, therapy is repeated. Sometimes, to alleviate the patient’s condition, up to six courses of treatment are required.
Additionally recommended:
- drink tomato juice with the addition of parsley or celery;
- consume up to 30 g of dry pumpkin seeds per day;
- eat on a medium-sized onion (if possible, do this daily);
- exclude sugar and sugar-containing foods from the diet – sweet should be replaced by natural honey.
All of the above bee products are not only an effective way to treat prostatitis (adenoma), but also an opportunity to prevent premature decrepitude of the body, while maintaining male strength for a long time.
