A complex approach
In modern medicine, there are no drugs that can completely cure arthrosis. But the treatment of joints by bees, carried out taking into account an integrated approach, gives good results.
The main task of apitherapy is to relieve pain and restore the mobility of inflamed joints. This is helped by both bee venom and dead or dead insects used for the preparation of decoctions, grits, lotions and tinctures.
It is important to do physical education, see a doctor, undergo physiotherapy procedures, and regularly resort to spa treatment.
Use of submarine
Podmore is insects that have died naturally, cleaned of impurities and well dried away from direct sunlight. This bee product is taken only from clean and healthy hives.
For oral administration, it is necessary to use insects that died in the summer.… Such a submersion does not contain the remnants of drugs used to combat ticks. It is quite fresh and healthy, because generations of bees are replaced every month during the active period of their life.
Winter pomegranate is used only externally… Rubs and lotions are prepared from it, relieving inflammation and improving blood circulation. It should be noted that proper blood circulation is an important factor in the treatment of arthrosis and other joint diseases, since it is stagnant processes that provoke degenerative changes in bone tissue and cartilage.
For lotions, a decoction of dead bees is prepared. Take a glass of boiling water and 2 tablespoons of dry bees crushed in a coffee grinder. The medicine is infused for half an hour. The bees are then filtered through cotton cloth and applied to the diseased area on the body.
The lotion lasts from 5 to 15 minutes. The first session begins with five minutes, gradually increasing the duration of the procedure from session to session. The course takes thirty days.
Tincture of dead bees for the treatment of joints is prepared on the basis of alcohol or vodka, including homemade. To do this, take half a liter of alcohol base per glass of not chopped insects. After that, the container is placed in a cool place far from the sun for 3-4 weeks. The tincture is shaken regularly! After a month, alcohol or vodka is filtered through gauze and used for treatment.
The course of therapy takes one month, after which a thirty-day break is made. During treatment, it is necessary to rub the sore spots twice a day – in the morning and in the evening. If necessary, the course can be repeated 2-3 times. This recipe helps to deal with morning stiffness of sore joints.
Treatment of knee arthrosis by bees can be carried out using homemade ointments. It is convenient and easy enough to put into practice.
The easiest option is to add well-crushed bees to an already used ointment.… For example, an ointment with the addition of salicylic acid or ordinary petroleum jelly is suitable for this purpose. A tablespoon of podmore powder is added to 100 g of petroleum jelly. Everything is thoroughly mixed. The prepared product is stored in the refrigerator for six months. They are lubricated with sore spots 2-3 times a day.
The second version of the ointment is to use vegetable oil as a base, better than olive oil or obtained from wheat germ… To do this, 200 ml of the oil base is heated in a water bath to 35-40 degrees. After that, three tablespoons of crushed dead bees are dipped into the oil and stirred well with a wooden spatula. The oil is removed from the fire, cooled down and placed in a refrigerator for storage.
The course of treatment takes 2-3 months, the oil is applied to the joints twice a day. Before use, it must be warmed up to a comfortable temperature!
Homemade cream is prepared:
- from a tablespoon of crushed dead bees;
- from a tablespoon of propolis purified from impurities;
- from 25 g of natural wax;
- from 25 g of petroleum jelly or butter.
All of these ingredients are languishing in an enamel container in a water bath for an hour. The cream must be mixed thoroughly!
After cooling, the product is stored in the refrigerator and is used to lubricate diseased areas twice a day for a month.
Joint treatment can be carried out using submora-based baths.
To do this, a decoction is prepared from half a liter of water and two tablespoons of bees. The product is simmered over low heat for two hours, cooled to a pleasant temperature and used for treatment.
The finished broth cannot be stored for more than three days!
Tincture for oral administration
Good results are shown by taking alcohol tincture inside. This restorative therapy is carried out twice a year – in spring and autumn, when there is an exacerbation of arthrosis.
A remedy is prepared from 200 ml of alcohol or vodka and a tablespoon of crushed dry bees. Podmor insists for three weeks. The container should be placed in a cool place away from sunlight and shaken daily. The finished tincture is filtered through a strainer or gauze. Stored in the refrigerator.
The course of treatment is 21 days. The dose is calculated based on the patient’s age… The number of complete years must be halved. For example, at the age of 50, you will need to drink 25 drops of tincture at a time. Drops are diluted in 50-70 ml of cold water and taken before meals twice a day.
Treatment of the joints of the bees should be under the supervision of a physician. More often, dead bees are used only as a supplement to the main drug therapy.
Important! In some cases, this beekeeping product can cause allergic reactions, which requires an urgent termination of all procedures and seeking advice from your doctor.
Using bee venom
Bee venom is a unique product with a number of properties beneficial to the human body. It is able to rapidly dilate blood vessels, providing an unobstructed blood supply to inflamed areas. And also actively participate in the production of synovial fluid, which is responsible for lubricating joints.
Treatment of arthrosis of the shoulder joint by bees gives good results. Puffiness disappears, pain syndrome is eliminated. If the disease is at the initial stage, there is every chance to completely get rid of the pathological condition of the joints in several courses of bee sting in the problem area. The poison is equally effective on the ankle, knees, elbows and shoulders.
The amino acids that make up this bee product, when they enter the human body, start the process of regeneration of bones and cartilage tissue. And the high content of peptides helps the body to cope with inflammation.
The stinging procedure is absolutely safe – the insect venom is sterile. The only problem is a possible allergy to apitoxin. It affects 5% of the world’s population.
Bites or stings are more effective as the venom penetrates directly into the area of inflammation. This treatment is performed once a day, preferably in the evening, shortly before bedtime. One course takes 1,5-2 months.
At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the bees do not bite in the same place for at least 3-4 days! The stings are constantly changing. The break between courses is at least a week.
The treatment regimen is as follows:
- The number of bites gradually increases from one to ten. The sting is kept in the body for one minute. The stinging is carried out at intervals of a day! The course consists of 10 sessions of apitherapy.
- There is a break of 5-7 days.
- The second course takes two months. The patient should be stung by three bees every four days.
In total, about 200 bites will have to be endured during the treatment period – 55 for the first and up to 150 for the second course of therapy.
A more gentle and painless method is the use of pharmacy ointments containing apitoxin.
Apitherapist’s opinion on treatment with bee venom:
The problem area is washed with warm water and soap, wiped dry. Then a hot compress is applied for a few minutes. Then 2-3 g of ointment is rubbed into the heated skin.
The main problem with such treatment is the impossibility of precise control. An insufficient amount of poison will not bring the expected relief, and an overdose is dangerous for the occurrence of an allergic reaction.
An overdose of bee venom is fraught with the occurrence of anaphylactic shock, Quincke’s edema, severe itching and edema at the site of the bite, respiratory failure, severe weakness and dizziness.
Bee sting is prohibited:
- with oncological ailments;
- with diseases of the heart and blood vessels;
- with chronic infections, including tuberculosis;
- with hepatic and renal failure;
- with diabetes mellitus.
Before starting the course of treatment, it is necessary to perform a test bite with control of the composition of blood and urine in a medical laboratory! Ointments are also used with caution – the first time a half dose is applied to the skin (approximately 0,5-1 g).
For the entire period of treatment of joints with beekeeping products, it is necessary to refuse to take alcohol and products that can cause food allergies. These include eggs, citrus fruits, chocolate, coffee, sugary and carbonated drinks.
