In the acute form, there is lacrimation, narrowing of the palpebral fissure, severe redness. The patient feels heat and pain in the area of inflammation. Mucus, pus is released. The reason is damage to the organs of vision by viruses, bacteria. Also, the acute form may be the result of an allergic reaction of the body or an infectious disease (for example, measles, scarlet fever).

eucalyptus

Blooming eucalyptus

On the basis of a bee product, the so-called eucalyptus honey… This recipe has been tested on hundreds of patients suffering from an acute form of conjunctivitis, eczema of the eyelids, barley and other eye diseases.

Treatment methods and recipe are listed below.

Eucalyptus honey (ointment)

To obtain a valuable medicinal product, it is necessary to feed the bees with eucalyptus infusion in water.

This is done as follows: the leaves of blue eucalyptus are crushed and placed in an enamel container, and then filled with boiling water. After clogging with a lid, the vessel is kept in a warm place for XNUMX hours.

Then the infusion is filtered through cheesecloth and honey is added to it liquid or melted in a water bath at the rate of 0,25 part of the bee product per one part of the solution.

The resulting mixture acts as a bee feeding. It is poured into feeders and distributed to hives. After emptying the feeders, the honeycomb frames are sealed, and the ripened honey is pumped out. The final product contains all the substances extracted from eucalyptus leaves.

Eucalyptus honey is used in eye practice as an ointment. When applied to the eyes, the patient experiences a slight burning sensation, which after 3-5 minutes completely disappears. After that, relief comes – the pain passes, the burning sensation, the pain is relieved.

Applications and results

Honey based on eucalyptus infusion is applied to the skin of the eyelids two to three times a day. At the same time, drop by drop, the bee product is placed in the area of the conjunctival sac.

The medicine will help with acute conjunctivitis and eczema of the eyelids, as well as barley.

The course of treatment in this case takes 10-14 days. A two-week application is required only for barley. Conjunctivitis disappears in about 7-10 days.

RџSЂRё ulcerative blepharitis scarring occurs within a month. The eyelids are completely cleared of ulcers.

Flicken heals in five days.

Trachoma at the third stage, after a three-month course, it goes into the fourth stage.

RџSЂRё keratitis, corneal ulcers and chronic conjunctivitis a stable therapeutic effect is achieved when eucalyptus honey is placed in conjunctival sacs two to three times a day.

Combination with onions (drops)

honey water

Glaucoma honey is mixed with onion juice. According to the monastery’s medical book, this is done in a one-to-one ratio.

The resulting mixture is applied in the form of drops two to three times a day, one drop at a time, which helps prevent the development of glaucoma.

Honey water (lotions)

The following recipe is applicable for any eye diseases.

To prepare medicinal water, honey is dissolved in it. It is recommended to boil the mixture for 1-2 minutes, but it is obvious that heat treatment will worsen the healing characteristics of the bee product. Therefore, it is preferable to stir it in boiled water that has already cooled to 40 degrees.

A teaspoon of honey is taken in a glass of boiling water.

Lotions are made warm daily in the morning and in the evening for 20 minutes until you feel better. It is allowed to use honey water in the form of drops, also twice a day, 2-3 drops in each eye.

Drops on distilled water

Distilled water can be used instead of boiled water. It does not require pre-boiling. It is enough just to heat it up to 40-45 degrees.

10 ml of such water will require 3 grams of honey.

The remedy relieves inflammation well in any clinical course of conjunctivitis.

Combination with fish oil

fish fat

Honey for eye diseases can be used in combination with fish oil. From such a mixture, an ointment is obtained, used for applications and laying behind the lower eyelid.

Both ingredients are taken in equal proportions (one to one).

The course of treatment is as follows:

  • from the first to the third day inclusive – once a day at night;
  • the fourth and fifth day – three to four times a day, the ointment is placed behind the eyelid or placed on it as an application.

Note: inflammation of the mucous membranes usually spreads to both eyes. For this reason, drops, lotions, ointments are always used on both eyes at once, even if one of them does not look inflamed. The earlier treatment is started, the more chances there are to avoid involvement in the inflammatory process of the cornea.
