Planting seeds

Seeds are sown for seedlings from mid-March to the 3rd decade of April. The ripening time of seedlings is 40-45 days, transplantation is carried out in May. 115–125 days after planting in the garden – in September – the first crop is harvested.

Temperature

The optimal parameters for normal seedling formation are 15-18 ° C. The night temperature should be 12 ° C, daytime – 15-17 ° C. If the plants become thin and elongated during cultivation, the thermometer should be 6-7 ° C during the week.

Before planting in open ground, the seedlings are tempered. In the first few days they are provided with access to fresh air. Over the next period, they take them out onto the street or balcony for 2-4 hours, gradually increasing the time.

Watering
